A reward may be taken up via either a voucher, the phone, the web or by post. Some rewards allow you to use several ways.

Vouchers: This allows you to print a voucher to take to the attraction or shop. The voucher will also be sent to your email address so you can print it later.

You will need a PDF reader to print out the voucher (and a printer!). Most computers already have a pdf reader installed. If you do not have a pdf reader already on your computer you can download one for free from the Internet.

Each voucher is non-transferable and can only be used once. You are prohibited from altering it in any way.

Phone: The phone option will provide you with a telephone number and a unique code. To take up the offer you simply call the number and quote the unique code. The operator will check the code to make sure that it has not already been used.

Web: The web option will provide you with a web address and in most cases a unique code. Just visit the address and follow the relevant instructions to take up the offer.

Post: This allows you to print an order form to complete and send to the supplier. The order form will also be sent to your email address. You can then print out and complete the form and send it to the supplier in order to takeup the offer.
